I received my order yesterday and must tell you how impressed I am with the delivery men. Even on the telephone before they arrived the politeness was unusual. No other drivers or firm that have ever delivered here before accepted the challenges so readily and without any complaint, they had to carry the table up 6 flights of stairs.

They never once complained and their only concern was customer satisfaction.  Their visit set me up for the whole day. It was remarkable to have two delivery men who really took pride in their job and in providing beyond what was expected by the customer.

The furniture arrived yesterday as promised, the driver phoned an hour before to inform me of his ETA. The furniture is brilliant, I am astounded that you can sell furniture  of this quality for this price. I will certainly recommend to my friends and family.

I had requested a delivery time much shorter than you would normally do as we had a special family event at the weekend. The table and chairs were delivered in time for that, and with such lovely weather I was able to seat all my family for a meal al fresco. This morning, my Azur dining set was delivered by 2 of your delivery men. My mother was waiting at my flat for the delivery and asked me to pass on to you some comments about the delivery men. She said that the 2 men could not have been more charming, polite or helpful.  As well as unpacking the furniture, they also assembled the table (which I know was beyond their responsibility) and were incredibly efficient. It is rare that you receive such great service and so I wanted to be sure that this was passed onto you.

Just a quick note to say that I had a delivery on the 13th July of a Venetian dining set. Could you please pass on to the supervisor of the delivery men, how polite both were. They were very efficient.  Also it is lovely to find a company (in this country) that not only delivers but assembles the items then take away the rubbish. I am very pleased with the set and can't wait for the sofa set and sun loungers to arrive.
